Losing someone you love is never easy, and keeping their memory alive in a meaningful way matters. A clean and cared-for gravestone or marker isn’t just about appearance—it’s about honoring their life, showing respect, and bringing comfort to the family who visits.
When you choose us, you’re not just hiring a service—you’re trusting someone who approaches each site with dignity, patience, and heartfelt care. Every step, from locating the grave-site to gently polishing the marker, is done with the mindset that "this could be my own family’s resting place." That level of care makes all the difference.
We understand that the little details matter: the before-and-after photos, the neatly trimmed grass, the shine of a stone restored with respect. These are small but powerful acts that reassure you that your loved one’s resting place is being looked after in the right way.
Our fee(s) are not simply a cost—they are an investment in peace of mind. Families often tell us that when they see the transformation, they feel an overwhelming sense of relief and comfort. The value isn’t just in the cleaning—it’s in knowing that your loved one is remembered with dignity, even when you can’t be there in person.
This is why we do what we do: not just to clean, but to help families "feel connected, supported, and at ease" knowing their loved one’s memory is honored properly.
Q: What does it cost to have a gravestone or marker cleaned?**
A: For most stone or metal markers that haven’t been professionally cared for in the past 12 months, the first time fee is $170.00. This is because the first cleaning always takes the longest. Our fee is much less for future cleanings. We also proudly extend Special Discounts for Veterans, First Responders, and their families. If you are not sure if you qualify just ask us...you probably do!
It’s important to know—this fee reflects more than “just cleaning.” It covers every step of a heartfelt, detail-oriented process that honors your loved one’s resting place. Future cleanings are available at a significantly reduced cost because once the marker has been restored, it’s much easier to maintain.
What this includes with Stone Markers:
* Travel to the cemetery
* Locating the grave-site (sometimes more involved than expected)
* A "before photo" for your records
* Careful evaluation of the stone and what it needs (each stone type is unique)
* Gentle spray-watering with safe, oxygenated water
* Application of a recommended eco-friendly cleaner made specifically for gravestones
* Resting time for the cleaner to safely lift away stains (15–30 minutes)
* Rinsing, repeating if needed, and brushing only with non-abrasive tools
* Hand-trimming grass and weeds around the stone for a neat, cared-for appearance
* Polishing with a soft cloth for a dignified finish
* An *after photo* so you can see the transformation
"Metal markers" receive the same level of attention—with additional care such as safe scraping (using only non-damaging wooden tools) and more cleaning repetitions if the metal requires it. Again, before-and-after photos are always included.
This is more than a cleaning—it’s an act of respect, and we treat it as such.
Q: Can I expect the grave marker to look exactly like it did when it was first placed?
A: While we cannot promise “brand new,” we do promise to restore and refresh the marker to the **best possible condition** without ever causing harm. The results depend on factors such as:
1. "Natural wear and time" – the longer a marker has gone without care, the tougher stains can be.
2. "Weathering" – heat, rain, smog, and seasons leave their mark.
3. "Water exposure" – constant watering using city water of grass and such at cemeteries can cause mineral buildup.
4. "Bird droppings or natural elements" – acidic residue can leave permanent impressions.
What we can promise is this: we will always give the marker the respect, time, and care it deserves, and we follow the highest and "Best Practices."
👉 Bottom line: We don’t just clean markers—we **honor memories, bring comfort, and ensure loved ones’ resting places look cared for and respected.** feel when you see the results.for preservation—not shortcuts.
Q: How often should I have a grave marker cleaned?
A: To keep a marker looking cared-for year-round, we suggest monthly or "quarterly cleanings". Many families choose our "quarterly plan", often sharing the cost:
For example, four siblings could each contribute just $71 per year to cover quarterly cleanings for their loved one. Sometimes, a family member generously covers the entire yearly service as a gift of love to everyone else.
We’re happy to work with your family’s needs and budget—our goal is always to make this both affordable and meaningful.
Q: What if we want flowers for the grave-site?
A: Absolutely. We work with local flower shops, or if you prefer, we can pick up thoughtful arrangements from a grocery store to be mindful of costs. You always have control over what’s chosen. If you order flowers yourself, we’re happy to pick them up and deliver them with care. Only a modest charge for our time and gas applies.
Q: What if we want an American Flag placed at the grave-site?
A: With honor, we will place a weather resistant "Made-in-America flag" (8 in. x 12 in.) for just $5.00. This small addition often makes a powerful and heartfelt statement.
Q: How do I hire you for services?
A: Simply text or email us to begin the process. Info is below. Please include:
* Your name, phone number, and email
* The best time to call you. We always require at least a brief phone consultation before we begin a new project.
*We’ll then send a short form asking for details such as:
* The cemetery and loved one’s name
* Date of passing
* Type of grave marker (metal, stone, vertical or in ground)
* Any special timing requests (say a birthday, anniversary, etc.)
If you can provide a recent photo of the grave-site marker this is very helpful—but not required. We understand life gets busy, and we make the process as smooth as possible.
Q: What Southern California Counties do you work in?**
A: We serve:
* Los Angeles County (including the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys)
* Ventura County
* Orange County

Q. Do you offer other paid services as well?
A. Absolutely! We have colleagues back East and in the Mid-West who have been asked to:
1. Deliver a sealed letter to the gave-site. Possibly a message for the deceased.
2. Read a message out loud at the grave-site and sometimes record audio or make a cell phone video of it.
3. Say a prayer over the grave-site out loud. And sometimes record audio or make a cell phone video of it.
If you have a special request just ask us and we will see if we can accommodate you and/or your friends or family.
Q. Do you do grave care for Jewish loved ones who have passed?
A. Without question. Absolutely! We follow special protocols as well. Such as respecting the rocks that might be placed on the grave-site. Not working after sundown, or on the Sabbath. Just ask for our list of Special Protocols that we follow and we will happily send that to you.
I came out of retirement to honor my Dad who has now passed. He was a wonderful, kind and generous disabled Navy Veteran.
